In this year, my birth day exactly have a same time with Hillary Clinton's arival to Indonesia. She will be in Indonesia for two days, 18 - 19 Februari 2009. She has some diplomatics bussines between Indonesia and United Sates of America. Then, what is the real relation with my birth day?

The most boring time ever in the world is 'waiting'. Apalagi if we are in hurry. Arrgh.. I dont like much this situation.

But there are different kind of people while they are in a queue infront of Automated Teller Machine (ATM). Fashionate people, who always show off while they are standing. Another, the most safety people who always wearing helmet. At last but not least, a thief who is looking a change to steal someone's wallet or phone.

This creature only available in Balinese culture. They called as 'Celuluk' or 'Pangpang'. They are Durga's army whos duty is anoying people in the village, besides to keep the 'Bhuana' balance.

Sekatenan carnival a.k.a 'Pasar Rakyat' held several times in Jogjakarta. This is Jogja's citizen night marke. They sell toys for kids, some cheap chlotes, and serve for games such as 'Komedi putar', kids train and more.

Theres alot of band name. Starts from occupation: 'The Police', 'The Killers', to some part of humans body: Andra and 'The Back Bone'.

I wonder if there is a band named 'The Menus'. Coz i found this in my dinning table. If so (there is a band named 'The Menus'), the songs title will be like 'Ayam Bakar Cakalang', 'Soup Buntut', 'Milk Shake', 'Es Jeruk' (huh.. Just for lough, gags). And when they sang, the song will sounds 'ciplak ciplak ciplak.. Nyam nyam nyam...

Homing from musical practice. The rain was heavy, and we brought no rain coat.

Tonight we have our new sense of smoking. Trying Sisha for new flavor instead of tobaccos and cloves. We like to have grapes flavous. Its realy different from ordinary ciggaretes, no nicotine and tar. Its more aromatic.

Where is Batman? Well, hm.. No Batman here. But i really love Batman actualy. Really humanise. He doesnt have a super power like Superman. Batman uses tools as his equipment, and thoose make everything make sense. He use technology.

Anyway, this is the performance in 'Parade Gong Kebyar Se-Jawa 2009'. This is the first Parade of Gong Kebyar outside Bali.

Take our picture before a stage performance. We were at STSI solo. We like to have a classial Balinese style. No shirt, just two pieces of large textile. Looks like old Bali.

Pura Eka Dharma officialy been signed.

I don't mean to insult God, God is outside my control. He/She controls me. Take a bath doesn't mean take a shower like human beings, its just our understanding not in the God understanding. Well, we didn't brought God actually, its just a symbol of God. We have several holly statue or 'pratima' in our temple. On a holly day like this, we bring thoose statues to the ocean. Ocean is a holly place before the horizon. This concept was came from "Tirta Kamandalu story of Hinduism epic". Its a long story why we choose ocean as a holly place.

While God "take a bath", we pray. We pray for our ceremony, we pray for universe harmony. Then after that we hope the universe got their holly spirit by "taking a bath", a spiritual bath to get our "bhuana agung" and "bhuana alit" become holly and pure.

It's 'Budha Cemeng Kelawu', Balinese calendar time, when we were held a ceremony for family temple. This ceremony held based on Bali Hinduism tradition. This ceremony called 'Odalan' or 'Piodalan'. The main purpose of this ceremony is to sanctify the family temple. We bring some offerings for the gods.

About the family temple it self, in Bali, all the Hindu family has their own family temple located on a holy place of their house yard. The common temple consist of some 'pelinggih' such as 'Kemulan', 'Taksu', 'Piyasan' and 'Tugu'. Another temple maybe consist of more than thoose buildings.

To pray in the family temple feels like we are come to our beloved ancestry back. As the heredirarity of ancestos, it is a must that we have to show our faith to them by held a ceremony like 'Piodalan'.

Jembrana's e-government started here. Today, i have this done.. the first thing of all my next journey. The head office of Jembrana's government was huge. They settle on a very expansive area, don't know sure. The Parking area located out side the main sphere. The arrangement of the buildings so presentable.

Jembrana has motto "kalau mau pasti bisa", while when i translate it to the wild translation it could be "if want sure can" (just don't make it so serious). The motto closely means "we can do it, if we want to" (more polite).

E-governement award 2008 (WartaEGov magazine version) bestow Jembrana as "Best of The Best" e-Government Indonesia 2008. By this succes makes Jembrana become the most wanted government of Indonesia to be lesson-learned.

Extended holidays in Bali, i have my opportunity to feel my life in villa. Its located nearby my village. This villa is about hundred metres from beach line. The view was wonderful. Feel the ocean wind and a nature environment.

This place was a rice field before they built a villa on it. Another villa located not far away from this.

Feels like my own. Welcome to Beraban.

You should believe me, in Bali, the old lady is the person who prays a lot. Coz they out from their daily work getting financial needs for the family. Their grown children now has built a new family and new responsibility.

The old lady is the person who knows the pure culture of Hinduism Bali. They teach the new Hinduism generation how to make ceremony equipment such as "Banten" or "Sesaji". Their life mostly dedicated for religion life of the family. While their children do some works out there, the old lady bring prayers for them.

And so, the Balinesse life goes on. In the Spirit of Hinduism.

'Jineng' is not as the main house building in Bali. Jineng mostly functioned as ber-lazy place or 'bermalas-malasan'

Balinese architechture placed Jineng in the yard of a house. Others can ussualy place Jineng on the green garden as in villas.

The main function of Jineng is as a place to put rices or 'gabah' after harvest time. The top part or at the roof side has this function. While we can sit bellow. We can use it as a place talking with family ane others.

Lots of uniqe buildings in Bali. Lucky me, i have one.

When we have someone being cured in the hospital, we wait for them outside.

Seems like moving from home.. But we do not expect this for a long time.

The positive thing is, we meet the other new people. Share our things and talk to them anythinglly..

You're viewing the rice fields in my village. They are green, real green. It's after harvest time, the farmers has plants a new seeds. They have to wait three months before the next harvest time.

We live near the Hindia Ocean. We can feel the wind blown from the ocean. In the night we can hear the sound of the ocean waves. 'byuuurr.....' like that.

I have trouble while posting to my blog. This is a triall posting.. If you can read this.. So it workz..

Who was on that video?? they are Dewa Budjana on guitar and Trie Utami singing. They sang on the name of "Nyanyian Dharma" Foundation. On the other occation there was Wayan Balawan with guitar klinik. They are Balinesse artist, and my most fave.

Bali Jamfest 2008 (stands for Bali Jambore Music Festival 2008), was held in two days in Ngurah Rai stadium Bali. Another musicians such as: all balinesse singer Nanoe Biroe, XXX, SID, Dek Ulik and many more... i just wait for Budjana and Balawan's performance.

I know more videos and pictures needed to describe the crowd, but how ever this is still my mobile activity needs more bandwidth to post all the frame. One is more than enough to be an example.

There was two main stages.. the artists sing countinous one by one like carnaval. When Nanoe Biroe has their turn, the crowds were more energic and rush. So did when XXX and SID.

But, poorly when Balawan and Bali Guitar Club brought Led Zeppelin song, the crowds cooling down and seems like "kebo mebalih gong". They didn't understand the song. What the..f>>. Or maybe they were tired. I don't know..
