We ride arround the city today. Although it's rainy early in the morning, but the sun shine bright after all. Its about 150 fixed gear crowded the street in Jogja. There're colourful bikes. I have my orange one..

Its started from Sudirman st, to Tugu Jogja, continued to Malioboro, and turn left at the cross to Yos Sudarso st, have lunch at Galeria and dismised..

We are all fixed gear..

 

When trying to build a bike to look like a fixie, I have come to the stage of installing the wheels measuring 27 and replace the transmission system into a single rate. My bike is initially normal mountain bike that uses a multi-speed transmission. And it turns out the chain can not be used for the single speed transmission. I thought I had bought the wrong sprocket.

Apparently there is a fundamental difference between the chain used on single speed with multi-speed chain. Chain single speed has a width of 1 / 8 "and multi-speed chain has a width of 3 / 32", this size difference, of course, led to my multi-speed chain  can not get attached to my new single speed.

We started our tour walking arround UGM campus.. Ended with eating challenge..

This is day one, National Kite Challenge 2010. This annual event held by Culture & Tourism Board of Jogjakarta. There're many kind of kites. Some of them are in 3D shape, while others are 2D or traditional..

Traditional competition was fun. They put some mechanism to make the kite sing because of wind blow (i need a better vocabularies to explain this). And thats the challenge point.

Besides, there were Rokaku challenge, where between the kites will defeat each other.. And yu know how the winner decided..

A nature view may refresh ur mind, green ur vision, and even warm up ur motorcycle from a long time unride..

Take ur rain coat, hands on cameras, sunglasses, just dont prepare for which nature we're going to view, may it decided when we're drive.. Litle bit mindy..

Happy Idul Fitri 1431H - 2010M to all Moeslem. We also celebrate this day on a vacation to Parangtritis beach, Yogyakarta.. In Parangtritis there're some adventure games offered. Such as horse riding, "dokar," and ATV ride. We tried some of ATV, that was wonderfull experience since this was my first time ATV ridding..

This is a statue located on a garden of Panti Rapih Hospital Jogja. For some people it has a deep faith. Its artistic.

Its a briliant idea to get computer closer to the kids. A few years ago computer comes as an expensive stuff. And for kids, computer were far from their thought. Nowadays, they (compute) has become cheaper, and many talent got include in it.

Such as these kids, they played a game. And thats made they familiar with computer. To become more efective using the computer, parrents should aware and take the best way of their children to take the advantages and bring computer usefull.

There were tens of litle fish sorounding my feet. They eat damage skin of mine. When they did this it feels like a litle shock on my skin.. This is a kind of symbiosism. The fish got some food, i got some damages skin cleared..

Its just my ordinary life while attending thoose exhibition. I have some Rindik performance. Wayan Setem had completed his last project for his master degree in Pasca Sarjana Art Institute in Jogjakarta.

Young coconut a.k.a "Kuud" in Bali is a tropical plants. It gives us a fresh coconut water to spring our thristy. Today i have this kind of fruit mixed with "Arak Bali" and some lemonade "Juuk Nipis". Laying down on the grass, with some rabbits jumping around us nearby Tanah Lot Temple makes our chemistry perfect.

This is Mr. Liong's house, but we prefer called it as a villa.. surrounded by rice fields make the wind blows on our head heavily.
